PRA Fly-in show 2025

The MFF is back for 2025 and to ensure we have one in 2026, we need to do a show! This show is for the PRA’s annual fly in and its how we gain access to the shoot site for our annual festival. The show will consist of some 1.3g shells and 1.3g cakes. It will run approximately 10-15 minutes in length.
This year the PRA requested that we do the show on Friday night due to better attendance. I know that this will cause some issues with scheduling and availability, but any help that we can receive putting on this show is greatly appreciated. Even if you cant make it out to help with setup, please feel free to come out and watch the show and help with cleanup. Cleanup really is going to be the thing that we need the most help with.
Dinner will be provided for those helping set up the show. We will also have water and some Gatorade mix on hand so we can all stay hydrated and safe.
Please bring your own pop ups and chairs if you have them. We can never have too much shade to work in! Other handy items to have will be basic show set up tools like drills, brass pokes, box cutters, wire cutters, etc.
Cleanup is possibly the most time consuming part of this show. Please bring leaf blowers, rakes, push brooms, and trash bags if you can. These things will really help speed up the process.
