50/50 drawing

Another Heartland club classic. $1 gets you one entry to the drawing and the money goes towards the pool. The winning ticket wins half the pool and the other half goes to the club.

Help support your club and possibly win it big!

1.3g experience

6:45 CST

Every year we offer the opportunity to experience hand lighting some high quality 1.3g product at our shoot. This year we will be bringing some amazing cakes out of our magazine that you will have the opportunity to light. Members enter into this via bidding at an auction on each cake.

All cakes MUST be lit at the shoot and will be supervised. We got plenty to go around!

Cleanup

10 PM CST - 11 PM CST

Fireworks and events can make a mess. If you are lighting fireworks make sure you stick around to help clean up….or clean up before you leave.

Our club is run by volunteers and your help is not only appreciated, but also essential.
